  • When will my order ship?
I am aiming to process your order within 1-3 working days. However, sometimes there might be a slight delay. 
  • How long will my order take to arrive?

UK: shipped via Royal Mail 24 signed for, which aims to deliver the next working day. A signature will be required at delivery.

Europe: shipped via Royal Mail International Standard, which aims to delivery within 3-5 working days
Rest of the World: shipped via Royal Mail International Standard, which aims to delivery within 6-7 working days.
While most orders will be delivered in those time frames, please be aware that the actual delivery time is out of my hands and depends on Royal Mail (or the delivery service in your country), as well as other influences like weather, strikes etc. 
  • I think my order is lost in the post, what do I do now?
If you think your order should have arrived by now and it has not, please make sure to check with your neighbours or other people in your household first. It might have gotten dropped off there or been taken in by somebody else. If you still cannot find it, please contact me. If you are in the UK, your order will have been shipped via Royal Mail signed for, so I can see online wether or not your parcel has been signed for by somebody, which might help you finding it. If you are abroad, there may just be a delay due to weather, customs or other circumstances. In all instances I will be able to tell you if your parcel is yet classed as lost or not. In most cases they do show up just with a slight delay to the expected delivery time. 
  • Am I able to change my delivery address?
If your order has not shipped yet, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you.
  • Can I combine orders?
Unfortunately I can no longer offer this option as it simply takes too long to package orders together. 
  • How do I change or cancel my order?
Orders that have been paid for can no longer be changed. Your best option will be to cancel the order and place a new order. However, please be aware that there is limited stock and especially during a busy time like sales or new releases, items might go out of stock quickly. 
You can cancel our order by contacting me with your name and order number. Orders can only be cancelled if the shipping label has not yet been created. 
  • What do I do if I forgot to use my discount code?
Once an order is paid for, I can no longer apply a discount code or refund the difference. Your best option would be to cancel your order and place a new one. 
  • What payments do you accept?
I accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex and Shopify Pay
  • Can I get support and help during the order process?
Yes, you can. Please contact me either via the contact form or email me at theorganisedhedgehog@sky.com. I always try my very best to answer quickly. However, I am mainly in the office between 9am and 12pm. After that my replies might take a little longer. 
  • What is your return policy?
You can read the full return policy via the link on the bottom of the website. However, here is a little summary for you:
If you have received your order and you no longer like it, please contact me. As long as it is still in its original packaging and you are within the amount of time stated in my return policy, you are able to return it. The return cost has to be covered by you. When it arrives with me and I find the item is in its original and re sellable condition, I will issue you a refund in the value of the item at time of purchase only.
  • I have received a wrong/faulty item, what do I do?
Should you find that you have received a faulty or wrong item, please do contact me right away with your name, order number and pictures of the faulty or wrong item. I do take full responsibility for either and will exchange where I can. On some occasions I will issue a refund. Sometimes I will get the item shipped to you directly by the manufacturer.
